Why?

Who are we to judge the world around us
When the world within us isn’t perfect?
How can we point fingers at others,
When we all make many mistakes?

Does the grass in the neighbor's yard look much greener?
Does the water from the neighbor's well taste much better?

Why do we search outside for happiness,
When all the happiness can be found within?
Why do we guilty others in our unhappiness
When unhappiness lies within?

We create our lives by our choices
That we make every minute and every day.
But we pretend to lay this responsibility on others
Because it is easier this way.

The world around us isn’t perfect
Because perfection lies within.
True beauty is revealed through the eyes of the holder
Because acceptance of the beauty is from within.

Meditation

Close your eyes and feel your body breathing.
Feel your chest expanding and your lungs filling with air.
Stay in silence. Become an observer of your thoughts and let them go.
Observe your body. Release any tension in any part of your body.
You are ready to be filled with peace and harmony.

The sun is about to set. It’s shining on me.
The clouds above me are flying free.
The birds are getting ready to sleep.
The roaring river is very deep.
The air is steel and very moist.
Insects are flying around lost.

I am lost in the world of harmony and peace.
I feel at home and at ease.

I let my mind race to the stars
And then come down to the grass

I feel love, harmony and peace.
I am in the world that I so much missed.

Angel

Walk my feet. Walk.
Talk to me green grass. Talk.
Fly clouds. Fly.
I’ll lie on the grass and watch you pass by.

Thoughtless angel is staring at the sky,
Amused by beauty of the clouds that are flying high.

Light as a feather and filled with light
He is as bright as the full moon at night.

He is filled with love and peace
Banding down to the roaring rive on his knees.

Beautiful white angel is slowly fading away
In the light of a new day.

Emotions

What is anger? Why do we choose anger so many times? Why do we feel frustrated?

I was once told that anger, frustration and unhappiness are signs of issues that we need to work with within. Events around us are just triggers that reveal the areas that require our attention.

Some long-term-asleep feelings and emotions reveal themselves in the process of awakening/realisation. They can come out as anger, frustration, insecurity, depression, sadness and any other type of feeling. How can we deal with these emotions? There is no single answer…

I try to catch the moment when I start feeling negative emotions and try to coordinate my efforts on working within myself instead of orienting my energy at outside world. This may require for me to be alone for a moment to get hold of my feelings and become and observer of my feelings. Next, I work to understand the exact nature of my feelings, where they came from, what triggered them. I then let go of the feelings with acceptance of the world outside me and within me. Sometimes, I need to repeat this process on a number of occasions before a particular trigger stops bothering me. Sometimes, I only need to do it once.

Acceptance is a key to dealing with any emotions. Acceptance of feelings within. Acceptance of the trigger and outside. Acceptance of the whole picture.

Gratitude

Gratitude. Is it a word or magic? Gratitude can help us bring peace and harmony into our lives. Gratitude can help us attract what we want into our lives. Throughout centuries many religions taught us to be grateful in our prayers for what we have. Many religions practice prayers many times during the day. Gratitude is an important part of each prayer during the day. Is it possible, that we were given a very important message but without an understanding of its true importance and value?

Gratitude can help us truly reveal our lives in many unique ways. How can we enjoy the gifts we get, if we don’t know how to be truly grateful for what we already have? Will new gifts give us long term satisfaction or a short term moment of happiness?
